Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:20pm-2:20pm. There were 2 children in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 2 children?s records, and 1 caregivers record were reviewed. The children were observed napping and washing their hands. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection.
