Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:30pm-2:30pm. There were 2 children in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 2 children?s records, and 1 caregiver's records were reviewed. The children were observed learning their colors and counting. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the vendor.
