An unannounced focused monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/13/2024. The inspector was on site from approximately 11:00 am-12:00 pm. The inspection was focused on areas of previous non-compliance from the investigation on 01/05/2024. The inspector reviewed the center's previously submitted plans of correction for completion.
