An unannounced inspection was conducted on 1/24/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 1/8/2025 relating to an allegation in the area of building maintenance. This inspection included interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
