Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during this initial inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on July 26, 2022 from 10:45 a.m. through 11:45 a.m. Six staff records were reviewed. The facility was toured and the following items were observed: required postings, emergency/first aid supplies, water temperature, educational materials/supplies and the outside play area. No violations were found during this inspection.
