Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on November 1, 2022 from 10:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 36 students ages 17 months through 5, in the care of 5 staff. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for 1 child.
The classrooms were toured and the outside play area was reviewed. The center is well equipped with a variety of age/stage materials for the children in care.
