Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on January 15, 2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:00 a.m. and ended at 12:20 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were forty-five children present and eleven staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s and sixteen staff records. This inspection included document review tour of the facility, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
