Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/24/22024 from 10:30 am to 11:35 am. There were 33 children supervised by 8 direct care staff. The physical plant, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, and tabletop activities. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
