An initial subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on May 17, 2023. An initial licensing inspection was also conducted on this date as well. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Documentation including staff records and training were reviewed. Subsidy requirements were discussed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
