Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 11/28/2023 at 1:05pm. There were 19 (2-4yrs) directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 5 children?s records, no children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed taking naps. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized. 3Evidence: reviewed the facility's records and found that the last fire inspection was dated 10/19/2022.
Evidence: observed that there was diaper cream and petroleum jelly in the 2s classroom that was not labeled with a child's name.
Evidence: reviewed 4 children's injury reports and found that 2 did not have the time parents were notified of the injury and 1 did not have the time the injury occurred.
