Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:45am-1:00pm. There were 33 children in the direct care and supervision of 8 staff. A sample of 3 children?s records, and 3 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed singing, engaged in an art project and creating. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the director.
