Inspector Notes
A unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/02/2024, from 8:50am to 10:40am. 45 children were directly supervised by 10 staff. The physical space, 3 children's records, 4 staff records, attendance, evacuation drills, the emergency preparedness plan, emergency supplies and required posted documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Previous violations were reviewed and had been brought into compliance. Children were observed arriving at the facility, engaging in circle time activities, and interacting with the staff. Interactions were positive. Developmentally appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
