An unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted in response to a self-reported incident received in our agency. The inspection, regarding 8VAC20-780-340.A, was initiated on 4/2/2024 and completed on 4/8/2024. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
