Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 09/26/2024, as a part of the licensure period, the provisional licensure period, The on-site inspection began at 11:30 am and ended at 2:20 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 44 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
11.A child's diaper was changed and the surface was not cleaned or sanitized after use.
2. The soap would not dispense from the pump on the handwashing sink.
