Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on September 22, 2025 and the inspection concluded on September 23, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 4:00 p.m. and ended at 5:00 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 16 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records on site and 2 staff records electronically on September 23, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The most recent, age-appropriate nutritional requirements of a recognized authority such as the Child and Adult Care Food Program of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for snack recommends two components from two different food groups. The facility served two components from one food group for afternoon snack today. Pretzels and goldfish were served.
