Inspector Notes

An annual subsidy inspection was conducted on July 20, 2023 and 2:00pm until 3:00pm. There were 6 children in care and no children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed (#) children?s records and (#) adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
