During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on January 13, 2025 and completed on January 13, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 1:25 and ended at 2:40. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were thirty-three children present and four staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-780-240-A
Staff are to complete the VDOE sponsored online orientation course within 90 days of hire. Staff #3, who is working with children, has not yet completed this course which is overdue by 3 weeks.
Plan of Correction: Aide will be completing the course within the next 48 hours.
Standard 8VAC20-780-60-A
Each center shall maintain and keep at the center a separate record for each child enrolled that contains all of the required information. Staff could not locate a record for child #5 during inspection.
Plan of Correction: The file was found attached to another file folder and placed in its own folder later that day.
