Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted on 8/8/2022 at 10am. There were no children currently enrolled. The home, 1 caregiver's record, 3 household member's records, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
