Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 8/8/2022 at 10am. There were no children currently enrolled. The home, 1 caregiver's record, 3 household member's records, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Violations
4Evidence: observed that there was not a carbon monoxide detector in the home.
Evidence: observed in the backyard, along the back fence, a plank missing, allowing for children's arms or legs to fit through.
Evidence: observed aspirin and ibuprofrin accessible to children in a first aid kit that was stored in a closet that was unlocked.
Evidence: observed that the provider did not have an operable thermometer in the refrigerator or the freezer.
