Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 1/18/2023. There were 2 children (8 points) directly supervised by 1 caregiver. The home, 1 caregiver record, 2 children's records, no household member's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely inside the play room. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized.
