Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the provider from 1:00pm to 2:05 pm. There were four children present for a total of 9 points. The ages of the children ranged from 18 months to 4 years. The children were on their cots napping during the inspection. For lunch, the provider reported that the children were fed chicken, rice, apples, potatoes and milk.
There were no medications on site nor does the provider transports children.
Three household member's files and five children's files were reviewed today.. The provider's First Aid/CPR certification is through American Safety and Health Institute and is due to expire on 3/4/25. There were no areas of noncompliance observed during this inspection.
