Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/3/24. The on-site inspection began at 2:05 pm and ended at 2:50 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present with 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records.. The inspection included document review, a tour of the daycare area, interviews and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and the violation is documented on the violation notice issued to the program

Emergency evacuation procedures shall be practiced monthly with all caregivers and children in care.
There was no monthly escape drill practiced for May 2024.
Plan of Correction: I will remember to do monthly escape drills and to document them.
