An unannounced, renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 1/21/25. The on-site inspection began at 3:35pm and ended at 4:25 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 11. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
