An announced initial inspection was conducted on 08/24/2022 from 10:55 am - 11:55 am in order to measure and review indoor and outdoor areas available to children. The inspector additionally reviewed emergency supplies and equipment.

Written policies and staff records were previously submitted.

The following areas of CDC standards could not be determined as the facility is not operational and there are no children in care: Staffing & supervision, children's records, programs & activities and medication.
