Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 02/25/2025 and completed on 02/25/2025. The on-site inspection began at 3:35 pm and ended at 4:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 40 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children's records on-site and 2 staff records electronically on 02/26/2025.

Shelter in place procedures shall be practiced a minimum of twice per year.

The facility conducted one shelter-in-place practice for drill for the 2023- 2024 school year.
Plan of Correction: Administrative staff stated that two shelter-in-place practice drills will be implemented for the 2024 - 2025 school year. A shelter-in-place drill was completed on 12/15/2024.

Staff records shall contain all of the required elements.

The name, address and telephone number of a person to be notified in an emergency was not on file at the center site for staff 1. Staff 1 was present during the inspection.
