Violations

Standard 8VAC20-800-210-A
Based on a review of caregiver records, 2 out of 3 caregivers did not obtain a minimum of sixteen clock hours of training annually in areas relevant to their job responsibilities.

Evidence:
1. Caregiver #1 had documentation of only 10 clock hours of training in areas relevant to their job responsibilities for 2023. The requirement is 16 clock hours of training annually.
2. Caregiver #2 did not have any documentation on file at the time of the inspection for any clock hours of training.
Plan of Correction: We will ensure that all caregivers get 16 clock hours of training annually.
