Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on November 25, 2024, and completed on November 26, 2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 3:50 pm and ended at 4:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 22 children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed five children's records and four staff records electronically on November 26, 2024.
This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
