Inspector Notes

An announced mandated initial inspection was conducted on June 6 2024 between 10:00am and 11:00am. There were 11 children (26 points) in the care of the provider and an assistant. A second assistant arrived 20 minutes into the inspection. Child records, household records, staffing records, certifications, trainings, emergency drills and supplies, and the physical space was reviewed and inspected.
