Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on October 8 2024 and completed on October 8 2024. The on-site inspection began at 1:00pm and ended at 2:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 10 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 35. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 caregiver records on-site.
