Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 03/06/2025 and completed on 03/10/2025. The on-site inspection began at 2:45pm and ended at 4:20pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.

There were 52 children present and six staff. The inspector reviewed six children?s records and six staff records electronically.

This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-780-60-A
Centers must keep a separate record for each child enrolled that contains all of the required information. The record for Child #5 (enrolled six months) did not contain the name, address and phone number for two designated people other than parents to contact in case of an emergency.
Plan of Correction: We will add the required information to the child's record.
