Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-780-60-A
Based on review of 5 children's files, the facility failed to have a written care plan for each child
with a diagnosed food allergy, to include instructions from a physician regarding the food to which the child is allergic and the steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction. Evidence: Child 2 has diagnosed food allergies, but did not have a written allergy action plan on file.
Plan of Correction: Center director will request allergy action plans for each child with diagnosed food allergies.
