During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on February 25, 2025 and the inspection concluded on February 28, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 3:30 p.m. and ended at 5:00 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 76 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records on site and 2 new staff records electronically on February 28, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
112/2024 and another expired 1/2025. The parents had not been notified that the medication had expired and that a replacement was needed.
