Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 04/15/2024 and concluded with an electronic record review on 04/18/2024. There were 52 children, ages 4 years - 11 years, and 7 staff members providing direct care and supervision present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies, and nutrition. The children were observed during arrival, mealtime, teacher-directed activities, and large motor activities. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: sanitizing. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, and 2 medications were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at approximately 3:00 pm and departed at approximately 4:00 pm. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
