An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/30/2025 and completed on 10/01/2025. The on-site inspection began at 3:00 p.m. and ended at 4:10 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 21 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records on-site and 3 staff records electronically on 10/01/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
