Inspector Notes
An unannounced Renewal Inspection took place on January 18, 2023, between the hours of 1:05pm and 2:50pm. There were two (2) classrooms observed with a total of 25 children present with 5 staff supervising within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with various manipulatives, and napping. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, required posted documents, first aid kit, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. No medication on sight at the time of inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.

1Evidence:
1. At the time of inspection, two children (child #3 and child #5) in the Violet classroom were not signed out upon their departure on the daily attendance.
2. The staff #4 acknowledged the two children were not signed out on the daily attendance sheet when they departed for the day.
