Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 2, 2023 between the hours of 12:05pm and 2:15pm. There was a total of 40 children with 9 staff members supervising. Children were observed during toileting procedures, handwashing, eating lunch, cleaning up and transitioning to rest time. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, children and staff records, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or law . No violations were iissued.
