Inspector Notes

An initial inspection was conducted with the provider and assistant beginning at 10:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. There were no children in care and not all standards could be reviewed.

Documentation was reviewed including background checks, staff trainings. Childcare areas and supplies and materials were observed. The outdoor play area was observed. One crib was observed and in compliance. A complete first aid kit, battery operated radio and flashlight were observed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
