Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 4:30pm-5:30pm. There were 3 children in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 3 children?s records and 1 caregivers record were reviewed. The children were observed napping. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection.
