Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was initiated on 09/18/2024 and completed on 09/18/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10 am and ended at 11:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the area listed above. There were (2) children plus (1) resident child present with (1) caregiver; the point total was (6). A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The inspector reviewed (8) children?s records and (1) staff record [on-site] on 09/18/2024. This inspection included:
? document review, policies and procedures, allergy lists (no listed allergies), emergency drill logs, medication administration logs (no meds on site), authorization forms, (3) household records;
? tour of the facility; and
? interviews.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
