Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was completed on 01/09/23 by two inspectors from 10:25am until 11:50pm. There were 28 children present with 7 staff supervising, the owner/licensee was also present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Violations from the last inspection had been corrected.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review and interview, the center did not have a snack menu for the current week.
Evidence:
1. There was a menu posted but it did not have the snack listed. 2. The director verified the snack was not on the menu.
