An unannounced inspection was initiated on and completed on 9/3/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 8/20/2025 relating to allegations of Administration, Programs and Special Care Provisions and Emergencies. The inspector reviewed one child?s records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews and observation.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
