Inspector Notes

An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/10/2025 and completed on 2/10/2025. The on-site inspection began at 3:45 pm and ended at 4:35 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 10 children and two staff present. The inspector reviewed three children?s records on-site and three staff records electronically on 2/19/2025. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements of the cafeteria, a space now available for the program. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center shall maintain a record of the dates of the practice drills for one year.

The center did not maintain a record of drills for 12/2024 or 1/2025.
Plan of Correction: From now on, staff conducting drills will record them upon completion of the drill.
