Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on January 10, 2023 and concluded on January 11, 2023. There were 9 children present, ranging in ages from 6 years t o10 years, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
