Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted on August 11, 2022, August 16, 2022 and August 17, 2022. There were no children on site. The physical plant, staff records, emergency supplies, toys, games, and age appropriate equipment were reviewed. Cribs are all new and meet current laws.
Measurements were taken for all areas that will be used by the children. Center policies and procedures, emergency evacuations maps and plans and staff and parent handbooks were reviewed. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice.

Based on a review of first aid kit, the first aid kit was missing required supplies.

Evidence:
The first aid kit in PS4 did not contain scissors, gauze pads, tweezers, adhesive tape and a first aid manual.
