Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on February 13th, 2023. There were 15 children present, supervised by 6 staff members. The physical plant, children's records, staff records, bottles, cribs, first aid kits, emergency evacuation logs, attendance logs and emergency preparedness procedures were reviewed. The children were observed having morning snack and playing with floor toys. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice.
