Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/31/2024 at approximately 11:45am and concluded on 5/31/2024 at approximately 1:30pm. There were a total of 49 children with 11 staff members present. Children were observed during tummy time, having lunch, washing hands, preparing for nap time, and engaged in group activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 6 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
