Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 11/13/2024 and completed on 11/13/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/4/2024 relating to allegations of Staff Qualifications and Training, Staffing and Supervision, Special Care Provisions and Emergencies, and Physical Plant. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and three staff records on-site. This inspection included, document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
