Inspector Notes

An initial licensing study was initiated virtually on 8-22-22 and concluded on 9-19-22.
All areas of the Child Day Center Standards were reviewed for compliance. Compliance could not be determined for the following areas as the program is not fully operational:
Part II Administration, Part III Staff qualifications and training, Part V Staffing and Supervision,
Part VI Programs.
One staff record was reviewed. Child records will be reviewed at an unannounced monitoring inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
