A schedule subsidy inspection was conducted approximately 9:450 am to 11:00 am. The vendor was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 4 children and 2 staff members present during the inspection. The child care was sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for the children, and the vendor described some of the daily activities.
