A schedule subsidy inspection was conducted approximately 9:05 am to 10:10 am. The vendor was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 4 children and 1 staff member present during the inspection. The child care was sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for the children, and the vendor described some of the daily activities.
